You don't write as if you are too young to go to an OBGYN. Your issue should be addressed by specialists. Do know, some are late bloomers. Your issues could also be hereditary, in which case may be normal for you. Be proud of who you are ... hold your head high. People are different worldwide, so you are not so unusual. Good luck
