How do you dress like kesha in a way that is school appropriate?

me and 2 friends are dancing 2 Tik Tok for the school talent show an we want to look as much as Kesha as we possibly can that is resonable for school. We are in 8th grade and 7th. thanks!!! (also we are girls, if that wasn't obvious:)
