Obama is having "campaigners" with private numbers call voters for him?

I received a call from a Richard Alvarez with a California phone number this evening and it was a woman who asked for me by name and introduced herself as a "campaigner for Barack Obama". I replied that I want nothing to do with the Senator and to remove my number from the call list. Anyone else receiving this crap? At least all of Hillary's calls were from proper toll free numbers, not privately owned home numbers.
