Do you think this is a good deal for my reception?

I am having my reception in westmoreland county Pennsylvania..It's going to be a buffet dinner, hand carved ham, boneless stuffed chicken , salad, rolls, rigatoni, green beans, vegetable medley, mashed potatoes, it's going to be 37 dollars per guest...tax and gratuity included.. also included in the price is 5 hours of the rental hall, 5 hours open bar, all the color coordinating linens, silverware, and china, centerpieces that i choose, a wedding cake exactly how i want it plus however many tiers and flavors i want...we will be having approx. 120 guests, so the reception cost will be around 4,440 dollars..so basically all i will have to worry about is dj, photographer, videographer, florist, church, dress, honeymoon and like the flowergirl stuff and favors and all the minor things...we are on a 10,000 dollar budget...do you think i got a good deal on my reception package?
