Is my ferret very ill?

She's got what i think (im not sure) is a swollen vulva (female area, if you catch my drift) and is bleeding from there. but she cant be in heat, since she's already been spayed. she's also losing weight and i can feel her bones. i don't think its adrenal disease, because she's experiencing no hair loss, but i don't know what's going on or if it's normal.
