In Need of Major Hair Help??

U see I have short curly hair and was hoping to get a hair product that effects my hair problems!! My hair is brown, frizzy, extra curly!! I have tried probably every possible brand and hair product and need to stop wasting so much money and just settle with something that works!!!!!! My hair seems to be annoying and definitely not tame able !!! Please recommend something that can be found at like every walmart, winn dixie, or even publix if u will!! Just please help!!!
