Basketball World Championship?
Why is there no basketball world championship? I don't mean the national teams competing against each other, god knows we have enough of those, but rather the best of each nation/league. So you might have LA Lakers, CSKA Moscow, Perth Wildcats and Madrid compete for the world title.
