Can someone help please...am I being too shallow or just realistic?

it sounds as though you already know the answer to your problem, the future, what happens when you outgrow the relationship and you are bound to it out of christian duty and marriage. Have a long hard think about where you hope to be in ten years and can you see the relationship lasting through it, or can you sacrifice all you hope for from your own future and stay at the level you are now. I dont think it is selfish to worry about the choices we have made, but it is foolish to carry on in a relationship that is only going to lead to unhappiness, especially if you are married, in a committed christian life, it will be too late to resent it.
