Does he like me ? in what way ?

There is a boy I know and were friends and everything but he teases me sometimes in a friendly way and always hits me with stuff/flicks me/plays footsie etc. if that makes sense,Then I was out with him and some other friends we went of to get a drink and and were just standing watching the music then i turned around to look at his face and he looked at me straight faced then smiled and stopped really quickly like he didnt mean to do it im so comfused
