Does the KODAK Ultra Premium Photo Paper work in a HP PSC 1310 series?

I have just bought the KODAK Ultra Premium Photo Paper but when I put it in my PC it sucks a bit of it up. Makes a loud noise. (That it shouldn't do!) I've got a HP PSC 1310 Series and I want to know if it works with it. Because it's not working with me! HELP!!!
