Ohhh My House Is Driving Me Crazy!!!!?

hi, im 13 and my house is stressing me out. My parent make enough money to get me anything i want but everytime i want the house fixed they get annoyed and act like im saying i hate the house or something. but both lamps in theliving room are broke, one of our couches the springs are broke our wood floor is completely ruined, in our kitchen our oven is broke and mymom leaves dirty dog food bowls all over the place and we have 4 dogs living on the inside and 6 living on the outside. Our older dogs sploshes smelly dirty water all over the floor when he's drinking it and my mom just leaves it there. There dirt and hair all over the house. IN the guest bedroom it is FULL of my nephews toys so full you cant even see the floor and we only see him once a week. in the bathroom the showeris covered in soap s and it would kill my parent to buy another knobfor the tub so they use a wrench on one side. ive never see anything like it. In my moms room she refuses to buy new covers and hers are like million years old. My dad sleeps on the couch at night and my mom sleeps in there with 2 nasty weird dogs who have stinky slobber and rub there on the bed. so there's stink and dogs hairs on her bed. her floor is ruined and she will only buy me good clothes while she wears and plain t-shirt and faded capris everyday. SHE'S A NURSE! also from the livingroom to her bedroom there's trash and clutter all over the place! My room is the only room that has carpet it's not always CLEAN but it's never filthy and it's so cute itlooks likeits from a different house.Did i mention 2 of the dogs Pee in the floor at least twice a day. I dont know what's wrong with my parents byt the house is driving me crazy and i cant invite my friend over. what do i do?
