Can you get introuble for being at the beach after hours?

Hey my name is Kandi and I'm 17 :). I met a handsome older guy at work named Rishi he is 23. We exchanged numbers and he called me the following night to take me on a first date. We went to the beach. We were in the back seat of his car making out and he was squeezing my chest. A police officer was patrolling that night. As the police was driving towards us he got really nervous and said oh **** a cop. Then he stopped. We were not having or anything. Can you get in trouble for just being parked on the beach after beach hours are over. We did have after the cop left. Can you get in trouble for having in your car? Serious answers only please?
