Has anyone been "cured" of TMJ and related pain? I have TMJ and bone degeneration and have seen many doctors.?

I have seen two ENTs and two DDS specialists. I have been using 2 mouthpieces day and night with little or no improvement. I wake up every morning with head and ear/jaw pain about 7 to 8 on the scale. I have seen little or no improvement under the current treatment plan. I have been taking Vicadin (Norco) since January which seems to be the only way to handle the pain. Anyone had a successful resolution of similar conditions?
